The checker does not upload your CSV
DedupeSafe parses and compares contacts inside your browser. The checker has no account system, database, analytics script or contact-data API. Its Content Security Policy blocks runtime network connections with connect-src 'none'.
Page counts on the marketing pages
This page, the landing page, campaign landing pages and the limitations page load Vercel Web Analytics from the site's own origin to count visits. It records the page address, referrer and coarse device and country information, sets no cookie, and stores no identifier that follows you between days. The checker at /app/ does not load it, and its stricter Content Security Policy would block it.
What the hosting provider can record
Like any hosted website, Vercel can record ordinary requests for pages and static files. Those request logs may include the requested path, time, browser information and network address. DedupeSafe does not send your CSV contents, contact count, mapping, match results or export decisions with those requests.
Display preferences
Your language and appearance choices are saved on this device. No contact data is stored with these preferences.
Downloads
The cleaned CSV and audit report are created in browser memory and downloaded directly to your device.
Support
Email dedupesafe@outlook.com to send feedback. Sending an email is your choice: your address and message are sent through your email provider and Microsoft Outlook to the product mailbox. The checker does not attach your CSV, results or audit report. Do not send customer personal data or contact files.
Public feedback submitted through GitHub Issues is visible to everyone. Do not attach contact exports or personal data to an issue.
